Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the questions people ask most.
How do you choose which platforms to list?
We focus on Nigerian bulk SMS providers that are active, have transparent pricing and offer features that matter to real users — things like DND support, APIs, WhatsApp or Voice SMS. We may add or remove platforms over time as the market changes.
Do you work for any of these bulk SMS platforms?
No. SMS Directory NG is an independent directory. Some providers may offer affiliate commissions when you sign up using our links, but this never changes our verdict. We are always honest about strengths and weaknesses.
Which platform is the best overall?
There is no single “best” for everyone. EBulkSMS offers the best overall value for most Nigerian businesses (especially developers and SMEs), while Multitexter is strong for very low starting budgets and Termii is built for enterprise OTP and verification. Use the compare page and recommendation quiz to find your fit.
Why is my SMS not delivering to some numbers?
In many cases this is caused by DND (Do Not Disturb) on Nigerian networks, especially for marketing messages. Choose a provider with real DND support or clear refund policies, and make sure you are using the right route (transactional vs promotional) for your messages.
Can you help me set up my SMS integration?
We do not build integrations for clients, but our reviews highlight which providers have good developer documentation and APIs. For deeper help, you may want to work with a developer or agency familiar with your chosen platform.
How can a platform request an updated review?
If you represent a bulk SMS platform and feel our review is outdated or unfair, send us an email from the Contact page with details of what changed (pricing, features, delivery experience, etc.). We’ll re-check and update the listing where needed.
